Ticket prices and what it includes

PyBay has adopted the everybody pays philosophy of PyCon.  We ask speakers to get a ticket as well. To keep ticket prices affordable for everyone, we ask that you mindfully purchase the corporate ticket and ask your employer to reimburse you. We think your manager will appreciate your taking the initiative to immerse with some of the best minds in the python community and learn more outside of work.  We also think they would appreciate saving travel cost to conferences.

• Only 100 Early Bird Tickets are available. Once they're all sold, tickets will be available at the regular price, while supplies last. After that, a waiting list will be maintained.

• When you purchase your ticket, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite, PyBay's ticketing partner. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email. Important: if you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. If you can't find it there, either, click here to access the Eventbrite help center.

• All sales are final.  However, you may login to Eventbrite and transfer your ticket to other individuals if your plans have changed.

• Advertised speakers are confirmed at this time but are subject to change.

Venue

• PyBay will be held at UCSF Mission Bay Conference Center, a Green Meeting Industry Council member that takes sustainability into account in everything they do.

• There is also an onsite gym with rock climbing wall, swimming pool, and racquet ball courts in case you need a break from the talks and hacking.

Your PyBay ticket includes a light hors d'oeuvres at Friday’s opening party; continental breakfast and buffett lunch on Saturday and Sunday; reception during job fair / tools expo on Sat night; a conference T-shirt, and goodies from conference sponsors.  The more underwriting we receive from sponsors and corporate ticket sales, the more we can offer back to you.  Aside from video recording of the talks, we hope to offer drink tickets and better food options.
